The leadership team of Riskline Services came together from the realisation that in order to adopt a holistic approach to the management of risk more disciplines would be required than can usually be found in any one organisation. The problem for the client is to control and integrate the different providers to achieve a seamless interface.

The result of this approach is Riskline Services Ltd.



Our People


Mike Weston

Mike Weston was UK Company Secretary and Trustee of the Jotun Paints UK pension schemes from April 1984 to date. During his time working for Jotun Paints (UK) Ltd Mike was involved in a wide range of matters including the acquisition of other businesses, the reorganisation of the European operations, the closure of the UK Powder factory and numerous legal cases related to alleged coatings failures. Mike also dealt with HR, commercial contracts and related matters, and through his consultancy services has had regular dealings with MPs and government authorities.

Mike is also the Managing Director of Beachray Ltd.

Philip De Nahlik

Philip de Nahlik is a Chartered Accountant who qualified at Touche Ross & Co (now Deloitte & Touche). He has spent 25 years providing forensic accounting assistance in civic and criminal cases to solicitors, barristers and the police in all manner of financial investigations.
